We are actively building our pool of Associate Consultants: freelancers with strong consultancy experience who work in partnership with the Spring Impact team to deliver best-in-class consultancy and training support to organisations across the globe.

How to apply
We’re looking for Associates based in Sub-Saharan Africa, Europe, the UK, the US. We’re particularly interested in Associates based in Kenya, Uganda, Nigeria, Ghana, Tanzania, South Africa, Zimbabwe.

If selected, you’ll join a database from which Spring Impact will recruit Associate Consultants as and when projects arise.
