As a Senior Consultant Rosanna works with national and international organisations to support them to design and test scale strategies. Recent projects have included working with CyberSafeKids in Ireland and Empowering Children Foundation in Poland through the Preventing Childhood Sexual Violence Scale Accelerator Programme, as well developing and delivering a training programme for young social entrepreneurs, and redesigning Spring’s approach for working with and recruiting Associate Consultants. 

Before joining Spring Impact, Rosanna worked at Prince’s Trust International (now King’s Trust International), an international NGO that partners with organisations to co-design and implement youth education and employment programmes. During her time there, she led the piloting and expansion of initiatives across the Caribbean, collaborating closely with governments and NGOs. She later took on a global role, supporting teams and partners across 18 countries. In addition to her programme leadership, Rosanna contributed to strategic planning, helped shape the organisation’s approach to environmental sustainability, and explored opportunities in innovative finance.

Rosanna lives in Bristol, holds an MSc in Mathematics and Philosophy from the University of Bristol and is the Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees for Eastside Community Trust, a community-based organisation.
