Hannah is the Director of Programmes for Spring Impact, including the flagship programme Scale Accelerator funded by The National Lottery Community Fund. This role involves overseeing the recruitment and selection of organisations taking part in various programmes, and coordinating the support provided to the cohorts. She is interested in building awareness of how funder practices in the UK can change to make it easier for organisations to scale successfully to reach more people.

Before taking on the current role, Hannah was a Programme Manager and Senior Consultant at Spring Impact, leading and supporting on the delivery of projects supporting organisations and funders to plan how to scale their impact.

Hannah joined Spring Impact from London Councils, where she worked as a Principal Policy and Projects Officer. During this time, she led the delivery of policy and research projects in education and children’s services on behalf of the 33 London local authorities, including leading research and advocacy on early education and special educational needs.

Previously, Hannah completed the National Graduate Development Programme (NGDP). She was based at West Sussex County Council, leading and supporting on projects across a range of service areas. During this time, she also completed an ILM certificate in leadership and management.
