Amy is a Senior Programmes Manager for Spring Impact, leading and supporting on the delivery of programmes, both national and international.

Amy joined Spring Impact after nearly four years at the national education charity Future First, where she worked across a number of roles, most recently as Head of Primary. During this time, she established and led Future First’s primary school programme from a pilot with 400 pupils to supporting over 7,500 pupils in six regions. The programme is the first in the UK to link primary aged children with communities of alumni to broaden their horizons and boost aspirations for the future.

Prior to this, Amy worked as a primary school teacher in the London Borough of Bexley as part of the Teach First Leadership Development Programme.
