Emma is Managing Director at Spring Impact. She has expertise in inclusive business and nonprofit strategy, social entrepreneurship, development innovation and partnership building.

Before joining Spring Impact in 2022, Emma founded and led the Global Distributors Collective, a platform of over 200 last mile distribution companies that drives distribution of beneficial products to hard-to-reach communities around the world. She is a co-founder and former Executive Director of Pollinate Group, a multi-award winning social enterprise in India and Nepal; an experienced trainer in social entrepreneurship and innovation; and has worked with the Australian Agency for International Development (AusAID) focusing on development finance and innovation. Emma is a Trustee at the climate nonprofit Ashden, the social investor Postcode Innovation Trust, and energy access charity SolarAid.

Emma has lived in Australia, UK, US, India and France, and worked across East Africa, South Asia and the Indo-Pacific.
