Ivan is a results-driven research and programme management professional with extensive experience in project design, data analysis, and digital transformation across public health, ICT4D, cash transfers, climate change, and agriculture.

Currently serving as Senior Programme Manager for East and Southern Africa at Viamo, Ivan leads impactful projects that leverage mobile technology to drive social impact. He specialises in client management, training, data analysis, and strategic optimisation, delivering tailored solutions to diverse audiences.

With a proven track record in stakeholder engagement, monitoring and evaluation, and technology-driven solutions, Ivan has worked across Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Mozambique, Malawi, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Botswana, South Africa, Rwanda, Ghana, and Senegal.

He holds a Master’s degree in Public Health Monitoring & Evaluation and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Computing from Makerere University, along with a PMD Pro certification.
