Her work focuses on mission-driven organisations that leverage digital products—whether apps, platforms, or tech-enabled services—to drive social impact in areas such as education, youth employment, gender equity, child protection, and climate resilience. With a background spanning both commercial and non-profit sectors, Sofia brings a strategic yet practical approach to programme and product design, helping clients move from bold ideas to scalable, sustainable impact.

She is certified in user-centered design and product management, and applies these methodologies to ensure solutions are both impactful and deeply rooted in the needs of the communities they serve. Her expertise spans systems thinking, digital innovation, and inclusive program development across a wide range of geographies.

Sofia holds an MSc in Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
